Yesterday's Hooley

Sunday 2nd February 2014

I finally got around to checking out the term 'hooley' online tonight. Here is an explanation I found: Irish term for a party or a celebration, and usually a loud and boisterous one.

Yesterday (Saturday) we had gale force winds again. I went to Chesil Cove mid morning after visiting the harbour.

Needless to say there was some good gulling to be had. I was especially pleased catch up with one or more 2 cal. year Little Gulls.
